We want you to love your new Melissa shoes, but if they aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be in their original scented packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Pack Your Shoes

Place the unworn shoes in their original Melissa box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

Label and Ship

Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
